Juice and AI apps
Ask about your cards in plain words.
Ask Juice, MoneyRoom's own AI card helper. Or, on Pro, connect the Claude or ChatGPT you already use so it can read your cards too.
Juice
Juice, your AI card helper.
Ask which card to use, what credits you have, or what a card earns. Juice answers from your saved cards and MoneyRoom's card data, and it doesn't search the web. Look for “Ask Juice” on your Overview and on each card's page.
Questions each month
10 questions a month on Free, 50 on Plus and 300 on Pro. Anyone can ask up to 20 an hour.
What Juice gets
Juice uses Anthropic's AI. Nothing is sent until you accept Juice's notice and ask a question. Then each question sends Anthropic your question, up to six earlier messages from the same chat, and MoneyRoom's facts about the cards you've saved: each card's name, issuer, annual fee, earn rates and credits, and how your cards rank for each kind of spending. It also sends what your MoneyRoom tools show: our tips for your credits, the point balances and status you entered, point values and transfer partners, lounge access, annual-fee dates and your 5/24 count. For each card it also sends a scorecard for its current and last card year: the annual fee against the credits you marked as used and the values you logged.
Pro members can turn on spending questions so Juice can use their spending totals. It's off by default and never includes individual purchases.
What Juice never gets
Your bank transactions, account numbers, balances, card nicknames, notes, name or email address.
Guidance, not advice
Juice's answers are rewards guidance, not financial advice. They can be wrong, so check a card's terms with its issuer.
You ask Juice
“What credits does my Amex Gold have?”
Juice answers
Your American Express Gold Card has 5 statement credits. Three of them:
- Dining Credit$10 a month$120 a year
- Uber Cash$10 a month$120 a year
- Dunkin Credit$7 a month$84 a year
And 2 more.
Rewards guidance only, not financial advice. Verify terms with the issuer.
Claude & ChatGPT
Use Claude or ChatGPT with your cards.
On Pro, connect your own Claude or ChatGPT so it can read your MoneyRoom cards. Then ask it things like “Which of my cards is best for groceries?”
What it can read
- Your saved cards: each card's name, issuer, annual fee, and the nickname you gave it
- The statement credits on those cards from MoneyRoom's card catalog: each credit's name, amount and how often it resets
- Your cards ranked for a spending category you ask about, with each card's earn rate and MoneyRoom's estimated value per dollar
- Up to 10 headlines from MoneyRoom's verified "This week in cards" deals
What it never gets
Never shared: bank or card transactions, balances, account numbers, how much of a credit you have used, spending progress, your notes, your name or your email address. It can't change anything in MoneyRoom.
You stay in control
Nothing is shared until you choose Allow on MoneyRoom's own screen. You can disconnect anytime in Settings, under Connected AI apps. Changing your password disconnects every app, and if your Pro plan ends, a connected app can no longer read anything.
Claude and ChatGPT handle what they read under their own terms and privacy policies.
