FAQ
Cancel anytime in Settings, the billing portal, or Link. If your payments are up to date, paid access continues to the end of the period you've already paid for; if a payment is outstanding, it can end sooner when the past-due grace period ends. A plan change does not delete tracked history. Ordinary cancellation does not refund unused time; refunds required by law or available under Link's payment terms remain available.
All major credit cards are handled through Stripe Checkout. MoneyRoom uses Stripe Managed Payments; Link is the merchant of record shown at checkout and provides receipts, payment support, subscription management, and applicable refund handling.
No trial needed. Free supports unlimited manual card tracking — your whole wallet's credits and fees — so you can replace your spreadsheet before deciding whether reminders or connected automation are worth it.
Yes. A plan change does not delete your workspace data. Moving to Free takes effect at the end of your current billing period if payments are up to date; an outstanding payment can end paid access sooner when the past-due grace period ends. Switching to a cheaper paid plan (Pro to Plus) takes effect right away when you switch in the app, with a prorated credit for the unused time on your current plan; changes made in the billing portal may apply at your next billing date instead.
